At Dunkin' Pop Up Shop, we want you to love your gear as much as your morning coffee, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
